These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VOIP@ Cloud platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by VOIP@ Cloud ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

The Service is offered under various subscription plans with different features and limits. By selecting a plan, you agree to:
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial period, you have full access to your selected plan's features. No credit card is required. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial expires, your account and domain will be suspended.
You are responsible for providing and maintaining your own domain name. You must configure DNS records to point your domain to our servers. We are not responsible for DNS configuration issues or domain registration fees. We may provide temporary access URLs during DNS propagation.
You agree not to use the Service to:
VOIP@ Cloud provides the PBX platform but does not provide SIP trunking or phone numbers unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for obtaining your own SIP trunk service from a third-party provider. We are not liable for charges, quality, or availability of third-party SIP trunk services.
If you enable call recording features, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording and consent in your jurisdiction. Many jurisdictions require one-party or all-party consent before recording calls. We are not liable for any violations of recording consent laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, including call recordings, voicemails, and configuration settings. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
We target 99.9% uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance when possible. Our SLA does not cover:
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your domain will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOIP@ CLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOIP@ Cloud, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
